At Resonate, we're committed to a straightforward and fair experience — from the moment you order to the moment your product is in your hands.

Order Cancellations Cancellation requests are accepted at any point before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@resonate.fit with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to action it before dispatch.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it to us at support@resonate.fit within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect or Misrepresented Items If the product you received does not match what was described on our website, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assess the complaint and determine the appropriate resolution.

Warranty Claims The Resonate Aura Mini (RA-MG01) is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty-related issues beyond the standard return window, please write to support@resonate.fit with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer — please ensure your bank details are shared with our support team when raising the request. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
