For the purpose of this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to ZENVRA HEALTH AND WELLNESS LLP, operating the brand Resonate at www.resonate.fit.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery We currently ship domestically across India through registered courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, ZENVRA HEALTH AND WELLNESS LLP is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier partner within the processing window stated above.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. All deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of placing the order.
COD Orders Cash on delivery is available on select orders. A nominal handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. This policy will be updated if international delivery becomes available.
